Hello friend! Here are the basics: based in NY, but I grew up in Central NJ (which most certainly exists). I graduated from the University of Michigan with my BFA in Musical Theatre and a Minor in English.

I am proud to have contributed to several new musicals in development since my fairly recent commencement. This year I played Tim in the World Premiere of Ten Brave Seconds (By Van Dyke & Talbott) and Gustave in the out-of-town tryout for Ever After (Goldrich & Heisler). I also made my Off-Broadway debut in the World Premiere of The Ghost of John McCain.

Now, the rest of my “story”:

The youngest in my family, I was described as an “unassuming” kid by my folks and some teachers, though I always found my confidence and comfort on the stage. Maybe it was my prolonged exposure to my sibling’s dance classes while I was in the stroller or maybe it was just a blessing that fell into my lap. Whatever “it” was, performing brought me out of my shell and somehow landed me into Nancy Carson’s office at 8-years old.

A month later I was in Toronto making my professional performing debut. There I played Benji in the pre-Broadway run of Priscilla Queen of the Desert, followed by my Broadway debut a few months later. I continued to work in NYC in the Original Broadway Company of Matilda The Musical and later joined the Broadway company of the Tony Winning Revival of Pippin that same year!

I am profoundly grateful for the professional opportunities I was blessed with at a young age. These shows shaped me as a professional, but more so as a human being- I grew up in the theater. I have a passion for providing young people with access to theatre, to teach them the value of empathy, the power of confidence, and the virtue of simply having fun, all things it taught me. One way I have fulfilled this purpose is through directing and choreographing several high school theatre productions, which has brought me tremendous joy.

My childhood career also taught me the importance of leading with compassion and being kind in an often arduous industry. I strive to be a protective and defensive voice for everyone, especially minors in the theatrical workplace.

I have endless gratitude for every mentor, teacher, supporter, and friend I’ve made along my life journey so far. I’m excited to make new friends and memories as my career continues to grow.
